Is R. Kelly Really Working Down the Hall from This Guy?
Boss: So guess who I saw today?
Coworker: R. Kelly?!
Boss: No. But it looked like someone from his posse.
Coworker: Oh, really?
Boss: Yes. Let’s just say this woman…um…had…she looked like—
Coworker: She looked like she worked for R. Kelly?
Boss: Yes. She had some…interesting jeans on.
BuzzFeed put it on its 60 Best New Tumblrs of 2010, and it sounds sincere. R. Kelly just put out an album called Love Letter yesterday. Guess he’s working on the next big concept work, starting with construction and um… women (see above). Love the Atlantic Tumblr theme, but is it for realz? Will Kelly find it? Make his own Tumblr? Just a Twitter? We can dream.
